Betty Jo Cantrell Ledbetter, age 88, of Anderson, SC, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Summit Place of Anderson.

Born March 20, 1934, in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. McDaniel and Martha Mae McDaniel. Betty attended Parker High School and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Don Cantrell (Candy) of Greenville, SC; daughters, Deb Taylor (Scott) of Anderson and Jeannie McFalls (Mike) of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Todd Cantrell, Chris Cantrell, Michelle Lynch, Melissa Retzlaff, Emilee Jones, and Maddie McFalls; and 8 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Gene Cantrell; and brother, Harold McDaniel.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Roy Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm. A private entombment will be held at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
