Patricia 'Pat' Stephens, passed away on March 30th, 2022, at the age of 75 years old.
The Memorial will be held on Wednesday, April 6th, from 4PM to 6PM, at the Gonzales Ourso Funeral Home, and the funeral will take place the following day on Thursday, April 7th, starting at 1PM at the Rosepine Cemetery, following her wishes to be buried near her father.
Patricia was a longtime resident of Gonzales, but was originally from DeRidder alongside her eight siblings: Robert 'Bob' Alston, Joyce Risenhoover, Juli Jensen, Pat DeRamus, Van, Lloyd, Billy Wayne, and Alfred Dubose.
Patricia attended Ragley High in Beauregard Parish, where she was a member of the FFA.
She was preceded by her loving parents, Felix and Lela Alston.
Pat is survived by her three daughters and two sons-in-laws, Christina 'Tina' Hill, Catherine 'Cathy' (Hill) Chifici and Andrew Chifici, and Summer (Stephens) Kidder and Adam Kidder; as well as her granddaughter born to Cathy, Madison Perri and her step-grandchildren, Cathy's step-children, Christopher and Kassidy Chifici .
She is also survived by her step-daughters and step son-in-laws Tammie Thomassee and John Thomassee and Angie Minvielle and Brian Minvielle; her step-grandchildren Adrienne (Thomassee) McGregor, Tyler Poche, and Marquette Armond; and her great step-grandchildren. She was a devoted wife and loved all of the children and grandchildren as if they were her own.
Patricia was loved and admired by all who met her. She loved everyone unconditionally.
Patricia was a woman who had a fondness for animals, cooking for her family, and gardening.
She was a person who truly enjoyed caring for her family and would never allow you to leave her home hungry.
