Patricia G Phillips, of Hershey, PA, formerly of Southampton, died peacefully on Sunday April 3, 2022 at Penn State Health- Milton S Hershey Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was 89. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Grace Sherman.
Pat received her Nursing degree from St Catherine's Hospital School of Nursing, NY, and moved to PA as the new bride of the late Richard R Phillips. She worked at Shriner's Hospital, the ER at Lower Bucks County Hospital, a private physician's office, and Warminster General Hospital before retiring. She was an active member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Pat enjoyed traveling, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her family. She loved unconditionally, was always smiling, had a great sense of humor, and loved to debate current events.
Patricia is survived by her children, Rick (Tina) of Clearwater, FL and Marygrace Kepple (Paul) of Hummelstown, PA; her brother, Jack Sherman, Sun City AZ; her beloved grandchildren, Kurt, Kevin, Carly, Christa, Kelly, Richard; new great- granddaughter Brinley; and many loved nephews, nieces and their families. She was preceded in death by son, Michael.
Relatives and friends are invited to Pat's Life Celebration on Monday April 11, 2022 from 10 to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Ave., Southampton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
