Jack E. Marks, age 77, passed away November 7, 2020 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI. Jack was born September 9, 1943 in Kalamazoo, the son of Cornelius and Edna (Tuley) Marks. He was a lifelong area resident.

Jack was a self-employed electrician for over 40 years who owned and operated JACO Electric. He was very talented and gifted to be able to fix anything. Jack and his brothers were known for racing anything with a motor.

Every January he looked forward to attending the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction in Arizona. He especially enjoyed his yearly trips to Cabo, Mexico.

Jack always wore a smile and was full of laughter. He was known to be eager to help anyone and put everyone ahead of himself. But most importantly, Jack loved life, his wife and family, and cherished his friendships.

Jack was united in marriage to Diane L. (Dingman) Marks, who survives. Also surviving are children: Bill Marks, Tracy Marks, Jami (Cary) Snider and Dr. Brent (Julie) Dingman; grandchildren: Paul Reed, Ava Dingman and Reid Dingman; sister Judy (John) Bosma; sister-in-law Wilma Mills; several nieces and nephews.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers: Max, Thomas, Bill and Wayne Marks.

In accordance with Jack's wishes cremation has taken place.
