Rebekah Lynn Smith-Anderson, 23, of Guilford Twp., passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015.

Becky was born in Barberton, Ohio on December 8, 1991 to Kathleen Anderson and Eric Anderson. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gerald "Barry" Anderson; great-grandparents, Katherine I. Smith, Maudena Anderson, Robert E. Anderson, Margaret Justus, Howard Justus; and great-uncle, Richard Smith. She is survived by her parents; sister, Susannah Smith; brothers, Joey, Brandon, and Ben Anderson; grandparents, Eva and Richard Buhite, Betsy (Justus) Anderson; aunts and uncles, Ingrid (Anderson) and Ken Gibson, Kaylyn Campbell, Debbie Smith, Gary and Tammy Wolfe, Julie and Mark Gradwohl; great-aunts and -uncles, Sue Denning, Jesse and Cathy Smith, Linda Demiter and Charlie Nixon, Henry Smith and Kim, Linda Smith, Debbie and Jim Hummel, Mary (Justus) and John Earley, James Justus and Marty Antro; cousins, Luke Smith, Christa Campbell, Tony and April Demiter, Nathan Demiter, Brad Demiter, Elizabeth Denning, Kalman and Tonya Denning, Diana Denning, Seth Smith, Karen Smith, Peggy and Steve Bruce, Jessie and William White, Jenna Wolfe, Brian Wolf; special sisters, Missy Mitchell, Brittany Lallathin; special fathers, Carl Davis, Greg Lallathin and Connie Lallathin; nieces, Evelyn and Jackie Mitchell.

Becky graduated from Wadsworth High School in 2010 where she was a member of the marching band color guard. She loved each of the guard members and considered them sisters and she loved her band teacher Mr. Hadgis.

She worked for Paradise Village for a number of years and currently had a job taking care of Autism patients. She loved working with people that needed help. Becky had an affection for adventure and loved skydiving and parasailing.

She was in the process of beginning a career as a State Highway Patrolman, to follow her uncle Gary's footsteps. She was looking forward to being a State Highway Patrolman. She wanted this dream more than anything.

She was a loving daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, and a wonderful friend. She will be missed beyond belief.

Becky suffered from POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Cleveland Clinic Heart Research or the Wadsworth High School Band.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth. The family will receive friends 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
