Bill designed and made the stunning dress that Bill Clinton's mother wore on Inauguration Day. It was a block print that matched her beautiful black hair with a silver streak. A medical condition kept him from some of the physical activity that children enjoy, so he mastered every kind of handwork craft there is. Bill was brilliant. He knew much about literature, art, and classical music. He used to enjoy driving in the countryside outside Hot Springs in his vintage red truck.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. at Gross Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 in Gross Funeral Home Chapel with Heather Clawitter officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery
