HARRIS, Virginia (Nana), 73, of Mechanicsville, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marybelle and Virgil Hagen, her brothers, Raymond and Wayne Hagen, her aunt Eleanor, and her uncle Buck. Virginia is survived by her sister Mary Lois Jessup (Claiborne); her husband, James Harris; her children, JD (Monica), Billy (Stephanie), and Tina Ostein (Bud); her grandkids, Kaylee, Summer, Hunter, Parker, Jonathan, and Joanna; and her extended family, Debbie Mitchell and Tracey Hagen, Bo and Trudy, Debbie and George, Shaina and Johnathan, Buddy and Jordan, Samantha, Kennedy, Diane and James, and hundreds of her poker friends. Virginia loved poker, football, and most of all her grandkids. The family will receive friends on April 16, 2022, between 1 pm and 5 pm at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville VA 23111. Please join us as you are. There is no need to dress up. Virginia would want it that way as she wasn't really a person who would dress up either. In lieu of flowers, you can donate to Atlee Church https://pushpay.com/g/atleechurch?src=hpp or even your own church if you prefer.
