Joseph Francis Cox of Towson, MD passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 22, 2022 at the age of 64. He is the devoted father of Katherine da Costa Cox and Alexandra da Costa Cox; loving brother of Margie Cox Epstein and her husband Kenneth, James W. Cox, Jr. and his wife Cornelia, Teresa Cox, Laura Cox and her husband Marc, Mimi Cox Owens and her husband Michael. He is also survived by Evelyn Marie da Costa, mother of Katherine and Alexandra da Costa Cox.

A celebration of life service will be held at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Rd., Timonium, MD 21093 on Saturday, April 9 beginning at 11 AM. Donations in Joseph's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or Stella Maris Hospice, 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd., Timonium, MD 21093.
