Tina Marie Wilhite Griffin was born in Evansville, Indiana on July 7, 1967, to the late Henry Richard Wilhite and Mary Ann Waite Wilhite. She was raised in Indiana and after graduating high school, Tina met the love of her life, Johnny N. Griffin. They were happily married on April 15, 1993 and they resided in Indiana while raising their sweet daughters. Tina and Johnny relocated to New Smyrna Beach for a few years until returning to Evansville to help take care of Tina's mom, Mary Ann. Tina was a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother who enjoyed her time as a homemaker and tending to her family's needs. In her younger years, Tina served as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she was able to fulfill her passion of helping others. Following Mary Ann's passing, Tina and Johnny returned to Florida where they stayed in Edgewater for many years until her grandbaby was born and they moved to Jacksonville, FL. Family was most important to Tina, and she thoroughly enjoyed spending time with those she loved most. She also enjoyed line dancing, fishing, and camping, but most of all, creating memories with her grandbabies. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson; and mother -in-law, Yvonne Griffin.

A Celebration of Tina's life will be held in the near future with burial at the Cash Creek Cemetery in Kentucky.
