A visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, April 3, 2022, at the Douglas Church in Choudrant, LA.
Marjorie was born on November 4, 1927, in Smackover, AR and died April 1, 2022, in Ruston, LA.
She moved to Ruston in 1962 to work at Hardage Ford and went on to work as a bookkeeper at other dealerships. Marjorie was an active member of Douglas Church and played the piano for over 40 years. She was also active in United Methodist Women's Organization. She loved her family, music, reading, and working puzzles.
Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Rinehart; three siblings, Robert Kimrey, Harry Kimrey, Claudelle Kimrey Sutherland; and great-grandson, Connor.
She is survived by her only daughter, India Strain and husband, Doug of Ruston; granddaughters, Lynn Strain and Haley Strain Monk; great-grandchildren, Destiny, Kurt, Caden, Landon, Kaley, Kimrey, Kenzye, and Emma; sisters-in-law, Merline Kimrey and Louise White; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Casey Baker, Chris Baker, Dusty Baker, Randy Holstead, Jonathan Monk, and Kyle Turner.
