Born on October 2, 1941, in Aliquippa, she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Ann (Wonchok) Zak.
Janet was a homemaker for many years and loved her family. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, and being outdoors. She was outgoing and would do anything she could for those she loved.
Janet is survived by her husband of 41 years, Philip Brown; her children, Charles (Danielle) Barnard and Eileen Weir; 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; a special niece, Christine Hull; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Rose Ann Hull.
Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4PM in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Chippewa Twp., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11AM with Rev. Lee Bittner officiating.
Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
