Christopher Lee Scott, 76, of Anderson, S.C., died Saturday, March 26, 2022, at his home.

Born in Aiken, S.C., on April 28, 1945, he was a son of the late Albert Lee Scott and the late Pansy Mae Mills Scott.

Chris retired from maintenance at Perx Car Wash and was an avid golfer at several Anderson area golf courses.

He is survived by his sister, Celia Scott Johnson, niece-Pam Lowe (Ron), and her children, Tyler Lowe and Brittany Lowe, nephew-Deron Johnson (Krista), nieces-Rhonda Warren (Leonard), Liz Scott, and Karen Scott, and nephews-Joey Scott and Kevin Scott.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Lloyd Scott, and Ernest Levi Scott.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, on Tuesday, April 6, 2022, at Herron-Scott Family Cemetery, 426 Pipeline Rd., Aiken, S.C. 29801. Rev. Russell Baldwin, pastor of Centerville Church of God in Anderson, S.C., will officiate.
