Funeral services for Mr. Freddie L. Kennedy will be held at 3:30 pm Wednesday, January 9, 1956 from the Chapel of the Palmer Funeral Home with the Rev. S.M. Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Walker Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lena W. [Wortherley] Kennedy; one son, Mr. Freddie L. Kennedy Jr. of New York City; one brother, Mr. Gus Kennedy of Sumter; and three grandchildren, Bernice, Brenda and Jimmie Kennedy of New York City. Relatives and friends are invited to attend these services.
