Mrs. Mary Deloris Atkins was born in Syracuse, New York, to the late Inez Parker Stephens and John Williams Stephens, Sr. She moved to Dublin in 1976. She attended and graduated from West Laurens High School.
Mrs. Atkins passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Alfonza Atkins, foster parents, James and Gladys Ashley Willis, and by two brothers, Ray Anthony Stephens and John William Stephens, Jr.
