Margaret Myers, 91, of Mountain Top, passed away Wednesday evening at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Sach Thomas. Margaret worked for the Wise Company for 46 years. She enjoyed taking rides with her daughter and spending time with family.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, Norman Myers; a brother, Dutch; and sisters, Betty, Rachael, Agnes, Martha and Barbara; along with several sisters and brothers-in-law.
Surviving are her daughter, Faith Schoepf, with whom she resided; sisters, Myrtle Duffy, Mountain Top; Shirley Stewart, Pond Hill; Marion Golla, Mountain Top; Rose Wagner, Maryland; and Connie Hildebrand, Slocum; sister-in-law, Janet Thomas, Pond Hill; and many nieces and nephews. Several sisters and brothers-in-law also survive; along with her beloved dog, Daisy.
Funeral services will be held Saturday from McCune Funeral Home, Mountain Top. Interment will follow in Albert Cemetery. Friends may call before time of service Saturday.
