Kimberly Michelle Holman of Rockford departed this earthly life March 27, 2022. She was born November 4, 1980 in Rockford, the daughter of Fentress Buford and Janie Day. Kimberly was a certified Nurses assistant by Wesley Willows and Milestone Inc. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church. Kimberly attended Guilford High School.
Kimberly leaves to cherish many loving memoires, two daughters, Kym'mi and Cyndajah Mackey; mother, Janie Mackey; three sisters, Cynthia Holman, Denelle Holman and Shalon (Stevie) Thomas; five brothers Danny (Shatara) Holman, Kenneth (Tiffany) Mackey, Christopher Mackey, Sherman Mackey and Mike (Karen) Buford; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father; son, Blessed Holman; sister, Denise Buford; and brother, Keith Buford.
Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2022 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home 200 W. State St. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
