James "Jim" Alfred Fox born September 17, 1929, in Toledo, Ohio, received his angel wings at his home in Chula Vista, California on February 16, 2022, and peacefully crossed over to eternal rest at age 92, preceding his father William Fox, his mother Ona Fox, and his beautiful wife, Nancy Fox.

James was an incredible and courageous man, who dedicated his life to protecting his country, serving 27 years in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer, First Class Aviation Mechanic and Veteran of the Korean and Vietnam war.

Following his retirement in 1989, James continued his commitment and loyalty to this country, by serving as the Southwest Regional Fleet Reserve Association President from 2003-2004, as well as serving as President of Fleet Branch 289 from 1993-1994.

Just as James was dedicated to serving his country, he was just as devoted to his family and friends, always available to meet everyone's needs.
