Mary Elizabeth (Zeigler) Hunt,99, of Lutz, Florida passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at the Renaissance North Tampa assisted living facility. Mary was born on March 19, 1923 to the late Ruth Ethel Touchton and Carroll B. Zeigler in Statenville, Georgia. She was a homemaker, bank teller and business owner. Mrs. Hunt is preceded in death by her first husband, Bernice Frank Permenter and her second husband, Frank Clinton Hunt; daughter, Mary Enzor; sons, Flip Permenter and David Anthony Permenter and grandson, Biff Permenter. Survivors include: sons, Robert Permenter of Lutz, Florida and Carroll Wayne Permenter of Land O Lakes, Florida; granddaughters, Kim Applesman, Jennifer Cur, Shannon Di Brizzi and Kate Mickovic; grandsons, Robert Permenter, Rusty Bates, David Permenter, Kelly Permenter and Steven Permenter along with twenty-one great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2022 in the chapel of Music Funeral Services, Lakeland, Georgia with interment following at Wayfare cemetery in Echols County, Georgia.
