Becky was born on February 17, 1959, in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Billy and Connie Miller. Becky joined her mother in heaven on March 17, 2022, after bravely battling cancer for three years. Becky grew up in Muskogee and attended First United Methodist Church and Muskogee Public Schools, graduating in 1977. Following graduation Becky married and her son Jason, who was the center of her life, was born in 1978. Becky was a teller for Commercial Bank and an AT&T long distance operator for fifteen years in Muskogee and Tulsa and made lifelong friends there. Becky proudly served as a CWA union representative while with AT&T. Becky worked eight years as a lighting consultant for B&B Lighting of Tulsa and later worked for Penny's and Costco. Becky and Donny Hopkins were married in 1995 and enjoyed traveling, snorkeling, fishing, and hiking.

Becky, or as the family often called her Becky Bear, was funny, sweet, gentle, generous and was the conscience and confidant of the family. She loved to cook, bargain shop, and later in life, cultivating a garden. Becky began cooking and baking as a child and always loved trying new recipes, but she especially loved baking cakes and sweets. Becky also attended Bacone college. Becky was an Oklahoma State football and basketball fan and wore a lot of orange. What Becky loved most of all was spending time with her family and friends and she always put everyone else's needs before hers. Becky selflessly became the caregiver for her mother until her passing, and then for her dad. Becky was full of life. Becky loved to laugh and was always upbeat and animated and her enthusiasm and smile were infectious. She was independent and sometimes stubborn, but everyone loved her and she will be missed so much, by so many, every day. The world is a lesser place without her beautiful smile, ready laughter and fun-loving spirit.

Becky was preceded in death by her mother, Connie Miller.

Becky is survived by her son, Jason Reeves and wife Cherlyn; her father, Billy Miller; brothers, Mike Miller and wife Rebecca, and Charles Miller and wife Marilyn; nieces, Payton Shahreza and husband Kyan, Paige Stockton and husband Keyan, and Hannah Miller; grandson, Chris Grayson; great-grandchildren, Kaedon and Emberlee Grayson; grand-niece, Paisley Florence; uncles, Jack Huff, Kenneth Rouse and Aunt Mary Rouse; nephew, Stephen Walloch and wife Morgan; sister-in-law, Carol Carter; brother-in-law, David and Sheila Hopkins; special friends, Cheryl Peters and Debbie Graves; and numerous cousins, family, and friends.
