Wilma Lou Yates, 76, of Midway, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at her residence.
Wilma was born September 10, 1945 in Ironton, Ohio to Pheabe Jane Salyers Yates of Midway, TN and the late Delmas Paul Yates.
Wilma was a clerk & office manager for CSX where she retired after 37 years of service. She loved to read & work outside. She was of the Christian faith.
In addition to her mother, Wilma is survived by her brother, Paul (Hazel) Yates of Rush, Kentucky; two sisters, Jenny Yates of Midway, TN and Sonda (Samuel) Church of Mohawk, TN; one niece, three nephews, five great nieces, five great nephews & a host of extended family & friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Russell, Kentucky with Rev. Samuel Church officiating.
Visitation will be 6 PM -9 PM on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, Kentucky.
