Charles V. Copeland Jr. "Wolfman", age 64, of Sealy, Texas, was born in Houston, TX on August 9, 1956 and entered into rest on Thursday, April 15, 2021. Charles was the first of five children born to parents, Charles V. Copeland Sr. and Norma Jean Yantis.
After graduation, Charles proudly served his country in the US Navy, where he served from August 1973 to November 1974 during the Vietnam War. There, he attained the rank of E1 and received the National Defense Service Medal.
Following his military career, he began his career as a truck driver, owner, and operator. In 2008, after 33 years of service, he retired and began enjoying working on his farm and tending to his animals. Charles was married to April B. Stockdick on June 15, 1994 in Bellville, TX. He was a member of the Country Riders Motorcycle Club. In his spare time, Charles enjoyed riding his motorcycle, driving trucks, and the time spent with family. Among his greatest joys were his marriage and children.
Charles was honest, loving, kind, brave, and when necessary strict. He had a big heart and never hesitated to help a person in need.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles V. Copeland Sr. and Norma Jean Navarre; nephew, Hubert "Cooney" Guillotte II; and sister, Tammy J. Marsden.
Charles is survived by his wife, April B. Copeland; children, Crystal C. Copeland, Leighton WC Stockdick and, Charles "Buddy" Copeland III., Amanda L. Roberts; daughter-in-law, Crystal V. Konvicka; grandchildren, Lane G. Copeland, Michael J. Konvicka, Colton C. Konvicka, Brinleigh T. Konvicka; sister, Tina M. Guillotte; brothers, Robert B. Copeland and Raymond J. Navarre; stepfather, Raymond H. Navarre; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
