DONAHUE, Charles Harvey passed away on May 5, 1980. He is survived by his wife, Linda, sons James and David, daughters Gloria Scholl and Cathy McClune, mother Dorothy Donahue, brother Ernest, sister Doris Ryan, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday at Hodges Memorial Chapel, 770 E. Main St., Alexander, where a service will be held at 8 pm. Private interment at White Haven Memorial Park.

His father, Charles Harrison "C.H." Bryant-Powell, died when Harvey was two and his baby brother, Ernest Franklin, was barely ten months. In 1935 their mother partnered with Wesley Verner Donahue who gave the boys his surname and raised them as his own.
