He was born on June 27, 1960 in Lima, Ohio to Frank Cooper and Catherine Haskins. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Lima. His stepmother; A. Theresa Wright survives in Douglasville, GA.
He was a member of Greater Grace Church in Lima.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory a daughter; LaDasha C. Reeder (Kendrae) of Monroe, OH. 2 grandchildren. 6 brothers; Darrell Wright (Inell) and Douglas Mosely both of Lima.
