Chris Berg, 40, of Parish, passed away unexpectedly on Friday October 27th. Born in Syracuse to Norman Jr. and Natalie Berg. He served proudly in the U.S. Army. Chris was employed with the Local 112 plumbers and pipefitters Union in Utica. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and "2 lane therapy" on his motorcycle. Chris especially loved spending time with his beloved daughter Allie Kat. Chris is predeceased by his "Pop".

He is survived by his daughter, the love of his life Allie Berg, mother Natalie Berg, sister Nikol Berg (Jason House), brother Justin Berg (Kate Martin), his loving nieces Makenzi Berg and Lexi Lemon. He also leaves behind his uncle Karl Korenini and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; the mother of his child Mary Whitford Toland and his girlfriend Rebecca Welch, along with many friends!

Calling Hours will be Thursday November 2nd, from 5 to 8pm at Traub Funeral Home in Central Square with a memorial service to follow promptly at 8pm.
