Barbara West, age 78, passed away at home on March 23, 2022.

She was born on September 14, 1943, in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, the daughter of Richard and Georganna (Michael) Blair.

She married Robert Ebel and with him had their son. After Robert passed away, she married Don West. She lived in the Byron area for many years until downsizing following Don's passing. Barbara loved the outdoors. She enjoyed spending her spare time gardening, hiking, hunting and fishing. When she wasn't outside, she could be found at the Starbucks or shopping. She was an animal lover who had many pets over the years. She loved her family. She was a phenomenal person. She never met a stranger and loved everyone she met. Her bright and colorful clothes matched her personality.

She is survived by her son and his wife; two brothers; two granddaughters; two

great- grandchildren and little buddy, Otis.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husbands.

Cremation rights have been accorded. Per Barbara's wishes no services will be held and an internment will be held at a later date in Idaho.
