Stephen P. Lowery, 78, of Geneva, IL. Passed away after a short illness on January 29, 2022, in Naperville, Illinois. He was born July 1, 1943 in Muncie, IN the son of Paul (Marian) Lowery.

Stephen was an artist, studying and obtaining his bachelors from Herron School of Art and Design. He obtained his master's degree in Fine Arts from Tulane University. He worked at Aurora University teaching art for 28 years. He has done many art projects, from painting, stained glass, etched glass. A self-proclaimed Surrealist/Abstract Expressionist. He cared deeply for his pet dogs and cats.

He survived by his Children Elizabeth Lowery and Nathan Lowery. Grandfather of Brooke, Colin and Reese.

Preceded in death by his parents Paul (Marian) Lowery, his second wife Lisa Lowery and his sister Marilyn Cory.

Visitation will be held, February 1, 2022, from 4-8 PM at Moss Family Funeral Home 209 S. Batavia Ave, Batavia, Illinois. Interment in West Batavia Cemetery will be private.
