Norma Jean Gardner was born in Augusta, KS on April 29, 1935, to the late Ellen Bertha (Heimeyer) and William Nelson Gardner. Norma worked as an executive secretary for Pizza Hut and Big Cheese Pizza. On November 21, 1981, she married Gary L. Agard in Augusta, KS.
Norma is survived by daughters: Garrie Lynne (Stan) Kancewick, Kay (Tom) Christner, Jean (George) Morgan, Lisa (Cliff) Mahaffey and son, Mark Agard; grandchildren: Travis (Anna) Hall; Michael, James, Thomas, and Sam Kancewick; Blair (Kevin) Miller, Bailey (Cody) Kearney, Kelsey (Joe) Howse; Allen (Elise) Morgan, Aaron Morgan; Stu Runberg, Madeline (Adam) Nixon, Jennifer (Nick) Dudley; John and Zane Runberg; Ben and Jon Agard; great grandchildren: Tayler, Natalie, Jayden, and Whitney Hall; Chandler Kearney; Guinevere and Minerva Nixon; Emma Howse and Hendrick Morgan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; children: Jerry Millison, Kerry Millison, and Mikki Hall Potter; brothers: Wilbur and Bill Gardner.
Memorial service: Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 1550 N Chapel Hill St., Wichita, KS. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
