Kelly Ann Tobin Bell, 42, of Truxall, formerly of Lower Burrell, passed away peacefully at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018, in her home, surrounded by her loving family and her dogs.

She was born Oct. 7, 1975, in New Kensington.

She was a graduate of Lower Burrell High School in the class of 1993. Kelly was employed by KVOU as a caregiver. She was a wonderful person who loved her dogs and cat and saw them as part of her family. She had many friends and family members who cared about her deeply. Kelly loved singing and worshipping God. When she sang, she had the most beautiful voice, such like an angel. She has received many awards and trophies for her singing ability. She was the most tender-hearted toward all animals and people alike. Kelly was a member of First Baptist Church of Apollo.

She was preceded in death by an aunt, Carla Tobin, and her grandfather, Carl "Pup" Tobin.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Theodore "Monty" Bell; her daughter, Carley Ann Bell; mother, Peggy Mathews; grandmother, Margaret Tobin; sister, Nikki Mathews; brother, Ricky (Aleace) Mathews; two nieces, Macy and Taylynn Mathews; and nephew, Jackson Mathews.
