David Lynn Jackson, 60, widow of Kathryn Aubrey Jackson, died Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Baptist Health Lexington. Born January 11, 1962 in Lexington, KY to the late Charles Russell and Ruby Douglas Jackson. He was a painter. Survivors include five children, Jerry Smedley, Jennifer Perez, Tracie Comley, Megan. Fletcher and David Mastin; two brothers, a twin brother, Darrell and Marshall Jackson; two sisters, Peggy Jackson, Joyce Anderson; eight grandchildren, Emma Mastin, Jeffrey Nelson, Journie Nelson, Jasmine Nelson, Brooklyn Comley, Vontae Comley, Xavier Comley and Ernest Davis. He is preceded in death by three brothers, Russell Allen Jackson, Jerry Jackson and two sisters, Loretta June Oiler, Mary Ada Hardy. Services will be held at 12:30 Thursday at Kerr Brothers – Harrodsburg Road. Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Darrell Jackson, Bob Bland, David Mastin, Jeffrey Nelson, Parker Merrett, David Hurd and Vontae Comley.
