Mrs. Serena Marlow Garner of Oak Grove community died Friday morning in Franklin County Hospital. She was 94.
Services were conducted at 3 p. m. Sunday at Oak Grove Church of Christ with Bill Wallace officiating. Burial was in Garner-Collins Cemetery at Oak Grove. Watson Funeral Home was in charge.
A Franklin County native, she was born February 15, 1880. Her parents were the late Tennie Henley Marlow and Andy Marlow. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are two sons, Woodrow Garner, Huntsville, Alabama, and Edward Garner, Akron, Ohio. a brother, Alec Marlow, Tullahoma; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
