Randy was born to Joyce and Bob Swope on October 6, 1953 in Perryton Texas. He was raised in Pampa Texas, and graduated from Pampa High school. He Began his career as a pipeline welder. Randy welded in many southern and western states and towns. He made many friends wherever he worked and went. He loved fly fishing in rivers and streams. He is survived by his wife Laura Lee Swope, children Clint Swope, Lynsee Thurston, and grandchildren Garrett, JJ and Jyntrie. He is also survived by stepchildren Brian Noland, Rick Noland and Gay Martin. Randy is also survived by his parents Bob and Joyce Swope, brother Rick and wife Leslie Swope, sister Jana and her husband Kenneth Ford.
