She was born May 16, 1932, in rural Washington County Arkansas, the daughter of James Jeffrey and Lula Cate Frederick.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents and by all her siblings: Helen Abbott, Irene Dougan and Leonard Frederick. Edna was also preceded in death by her husbands: Jared J. Cobb, Keith Taylor and Ken Martin, her grandson Jonathan Richardson and great-grandson Carver Cobb.
Edna is survived by her children: sons Brian (Beverly) Cobb of Manhattan, Kansas, and Daniel (Teena) Cobb of Springdale, Arkansas, and her daughter Sharon (James) Dunigan of Farmington, Arkansas – by six of her seven grandchildren: Jared (Lexi), Joshua, Justin (Janet) and John (Caley) Cobb; Jason Dunigan, Maya (Michael) Bentley; and by eleven of her twelve great-grandchildren: Madeline, Corbin, Morgan, Ryder, Cooper, Canyon and Parker Cobb; Jasmine and Liam Dunigan, Hugh and Luna Bentley. Edna is survived by nephew and nieces. And she is also survived by her Martin family children: Sabrina Spencer, Greg Martin, Tim Martin and Benessa Yoho, as well as their numerous children and grandchildren.
She was a member of the Johnson Church of Christ.
