She was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky on October 2, 1957. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Charles and Billie Joyce Quillen (nee Collier), her brother, Charles David Quillen, and her beautiful daughter, Karrie Vidovich.
She was a loving mother to Paul "Matt"Johnson, Amanda Salem (Tammy Parker), Ben (Loryn)Johnson. Dearest grandmother to Alexis, Kaehla, Eli, Paul Jr., Miles, Grace, Grant, Gabriel, Luke, and Sophie. Cherished sister of Lynn Rose, Kathy Lohn, and Christine Castora. She was an aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Theresa had a fierce love for her family, food, and music. She had a deep faith and devotion to God. She will be deeply loved and missed by all.
