Robert Dean Day, age 78 died March 22, 2022 in Corn, Oklahoma. He was born June19,1943 in Glenmora, LA to Earl Franklin and Gladys Ione (Park) Day. Shortly after his birth his father passed away, so he was raised by his mother, his grandma Maggie Park and his Uncle Lee who was his very special uncle and father figure. He was a graduate of Glenmora High School and served in the US Air Force. He served on the New Orleans Police Dept. and was a long time truck driver with over a million miles without an accident. He loved to hunt and fish, ride his Harley and had some of the best friends a man could ever wish for. He was a life time Baptist. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents (including Grandma Maggie and Uncle Lee) and his beloved sister Elizabeth (Beth) Ann Byrd.
