Dorothy was born January 20, 1936 in Nash, OK to Jessie and Mildred (Burt) Ackley and passed away February 23, 2022 in the Garland Road Nursing Center. She was raised in the Nash community where she attended and graduated from Nash High School. She married Taylor Hatfield in 1955 and later married Doug Geis on September 26, 2014 in Miami, OK. Dorothy worked and operated a café in Enid. She went to work for George E. Failing as a Material Clerk until she retired because of medical issues. Dorothy enjoyed fishing and her cat Sam.
