John A. Wise, Jr. age 85, of Coconut Creek, Florida, beloved husband of Arlene Tolubinski Wise, passed away on October 3, 2021.
John was born in Bridgeport on November 15, 1935 to the late John and Elsie (Adzima) Wise and had been a longtime area resident before moving to Florida in 1984. He was a graduate of Harding High School and was a peacetime veteran of the U.S. Army. John was retired from Moore Special Tool in Connecticut and Allied Signal of Florida.
Survivors in addition to his wife of 60 years include: his devoted children, Julie Kulhawik and her husband Tom of Stratford, John Wise and his wife Krista of Trumbull, and Jennifer Wise of Stratford, six cherished grandchildren, Evan (Sarah), Taylor, Michael, David, Ethan, and Ariana, a great-grandson, Cameron, sisters, Mary Ann Ivanoff, and Carole Weston, and brother, Richard Wise, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, John was pre-deceased by his sister, Barbara Salthouse, and brother, Joseph Wise. Services will be private.
