Charles David Cook, 80 of Granville County passed away of natural causes at home on Friday, March 18,2022.
Born in Fulton County, Georgia to Charles Henry Cook and Hortense Shirah Cook.
He's worked all his life and retired from being a retail associate at a store formerly named Cook's Amaco. Shortly after his retirement he moved here to Creedmoor to be closer to his two daughters. Loving his best life relaxing in the country watching his favorite Atlanta Braves Baseball and his NASCAR. He always talked about his other true love of God, Flag, Family and Friends.
Visitation will be held Friday March 25th 2022 at 10:00 AM at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Tammy Cook Shirley and husband Randall Shirley of Louisburg; her two sons, Coley Watson and Jamey Watson; daughter, Crissy Cook of Creedmoor and her two daughters, Haley Dixon and Casey Dixon; daughter, Teri Cook Haler and her two sons Justin and Conner Haler; daughter, Leanne Cook Rice and her son Robert Rice and her daughter Amanda Rice and many nieces and nephews. He leaves behind a brother, Marlon Cook and wife Nell Cook.
Graveside services will be held at Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor on Friday, March 25,2022 at 11:00 AM. Please come to celebrate his life with us.
