"Darlene Small Gilligan of 8 Highland Road, Amsterdam, NY and 6 Manzanita Street, Bisbee AZ died April 8, 2021 at age 89. Born July 5, 1931 in LaCrosse, Kansas, she was the daughter of Clifford LeRoy and Esther Etta (Hanzlick) Small. She graduated from Muskingum County's Monroe Rural High School in Otsego, Ohio in 1949 and was commissioned from The Salvation Army School for Officer Training in New York, NY in 1951."
