Duane Pangborn was born December 11, 1935, to Orville and Grace Pangborn in Otis Orchards, WA. He passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 87. He was married to his wife Laura for 55 years and they have been living at Riverview Retirement Community for 14 years. In his working years, he owned his own business, D. Pangborn Excavating based in Hillyard.

Duane loved talking with people and acquired many, many friends and loved them ALL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Grace Pangborn, and sister Doreen Sannes. He is survived by sons Craig (Joan) Clouse, Stan (Patricia) Clouse, Brian (Krista) Clouse and daughter Linda (Wayne) Skiles, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be on August 8, 2023, at 11:00 am at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA officiated by Pastor Sue from Northwood Presbyterian Church.
