Gloria D. Springer (Ream), 90, of Exeter Township, passed away at her home on Sunday, March 20, 2022. She was the loving wife to Bruce E. Springer for over 68 years before his passing on June 4, 2018. Born in Reading, Gloria was the daughter of the late, Earl H. and Dorothy M. (Reppert) Ream.

She was a graduate of Reading High School, class of 1948, and went on to work as a Studio Manager for Zeswitz in Reading for over 25 years, then onto the Academy of the Arts. Gloria was a member of the choir and church elder at Olivet Presbyterian Church, as well as later becoming a member of Pennside Presbyterian Church. She also served as the treasurer of the Women's Committee of The Reading Symphony for over 50 years. She was also a faithful Philadelphia sports fan, rooting on the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers.

Gloria is survived by her daughters, Louanne Rudnick, wife of Dale, of Syracuse, NY and Kathy A. Christman, of Robesonia. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michele L. McCoy, wife of Daniel, and Rebecca M. Christman, as well as her great grandchildren, Noah and Savanah. Gloria is also survived by her wonderful neighbors, whom she would like to thank, Charlie and Diane Andre, Barry and Lori Sherman, and their families. In addition to her husband Bruce, Gloria is predeceased by her daughter, Karen L. Young, and her brother, David E. Ream.

Funeral Service for Gloria will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 1605 Rockland Street, Reading, on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Reverend David Duquette to officiate, interment to follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and relatives in Bean Funeral Home, Reading, on Monday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
