She was an egg artist who was known for her beautiful jeweled eggs. She was the second of nine children and was predeceased by her parents, Joel and Ruth Reeves; husband, Frank Reginald Reid, Sr.; son, Frank Reginald Reid, Jr.; and six brothers and sisters. Surviving are her son, Jerry Alan Reid, Sr. (Donna); five grandchildren, Alan Reid, Jr., Kimberly Chamberlain (Ryan), Bradley Reid, Jody Reid; and Jason Reid; sister, Mary Lou Reeves; and brother, Robbie Reeves (Shirley).
