Cindy Lou Conley passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at her home in Avery, Texas. She was 71.
Cindy was born January 29, 1947, in Royse City, Texas, to William Wesley and Emma Faye Jackson Smith. She was a retired Insurance Agent from Blue Cross/Blue Shield and a former Blue Print Drafter for her husband's business. Cindy was a member of the Full Gospel Church. She loved gardening, fishing and most of all, being a grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Raymond E. Conley.
