A funeral will be held at a later date for 90-year-old Alfred Gielow of Bloomsdale, Mo. who passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at the Ste. Genevieve Care Center in Ste. Genevieve.
He was born September 27, 1931 in Red Bud, Ill., the son of Anna Gielow and Alfred Gielow Sr. who both preceded him in death.
He married Olivia (Fallert) Gielow on April 24, 1954. She survives.
He is also survived by three sons: Mark, Paul and Todd; a sister, Joann; seven grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a son: David Gielow.
Alfred was in the US Navy.
He enjoyed camping and grilling.
