Funeral Set For Wednesday Morning Mrs. Mary Forbes, 76, 313 Cooper Road, widow of Jasper J. Forbes of Tylertown, died about 2 o'clock Tuesday morning at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past six days. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a. m. Wednesday from Wright & Ferguson chapel, with Dr. W. R. Cooper and the Rev. C. A. Smith, Jr., her grandson, officiating. Mrs. Forbes was born near Tylertown and lived there all of her life until coming to Jackson about ten years ago to make her home with her son, H. L. Forbes of 313 Cooper Road. She was a member of the Daniel Memorial Baptist church. Her survivors include two sons, H. G. Forbes and H. L. Forbes both of Jackson; two daughters, Mrs. C. A. Smith, of Jackson, and Mrs. Wessie Hardy, of Covington, La.; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Forbes, of Tylertown and Julia Stogner of Pearl River, La.; one brother, Warren Branch, of New Orleans, La., and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be W. J. Sharp, E. S. Bazoon, H. L. Burns, G. M. Lester, M. I. Robertson, all of Jackson and Vernon Wood, of Tylertown. Interment will be made in Lakewood Memorial Park.
