Rebecca Ann Ellis Walls, 67, of Blue Dove Street, (Lake Bottom), Rock, died peacefully Friday, January 4, 2008, at her residence.

Born December 21, 1940, at Bud, she was the daughter of the late James Arvil Ellis and Goldie Inez Deel Ellis.

She was a former employee for the Pepsi Cola Bottling, having worked in Havre de Grace, Md., and the Princeton Plants. Mrs. Walls was a person of great faith, due to her illness, she was unable to attend her church, but enjoyed a great spiritual relationship with her Lord and prayed daily for her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Myles Walls; six siblings; Joan, Glenn, Bernard, Pete, Ray & Robert Ellis.

Left to cherish her loving memory, seven children and spouses, Preston James Walls of Medina, Ohio, Michael Ray & Jennifer Walls of Beeson, Goldie Ellen & Jay Whitlow. Joan Marie & Earl Clyburn, all of Kellysville, Pamela Lynn & Steve Burchette of Princeton, Brenda Kaye & Jim Beckner of Athens, Marie Ann & Sam Mooney of Rock; 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two siblings, Roger Ellis & wife Priscilla, Linda Duncan & husband John, all of Reese Harmon Ridge Road; a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 7, 2008 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor John Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowling Cemetery, Rich Creek Road, Spanishburg.

Friends may visit with the family today from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy Jay Whitlow, Justin Clyburn, Steven Burchette II, Eddie Burchette, Ray Walls, Jaime Beckner, Jason Walls and Casey Gibson.
