Denise "Niecy" Thomas Daughter of Eddie Williams Sr. and Lena Williams was born July 13, 1958, in Chicago, IL. Denise was born the sixth child of eight born of this union. After the passing of her parents the family relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana in 1969 and lived with her grandmother, Gertrude Waters. Denise was a fun loving student and attended Arsenal Technical High School where she graduated in 1977. Denise believed in working and was a workaholic. She worked and retired from Help at Home Care Services where she was a dependable health aide for many years. Denise valued her family. The love she had for them was endless. No matter what the family needed she was always there to help them in any way. Denise professed her faith and gave her life to Christ at a young age. She attended First Baptist Church of Bridgeport. She served on the usher board and sang in the choir and was a devoted member for over 40 years. Denise departed this earth on Friday, March 11, 2022, at the age of 63. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Lena Williams, two brothers, Eddie Lee Williams, Henry Lee Williams and her sister Lena Williams. She leaves to cherish her memories, Two sons, Milton Davis Jr. (Chinel) and Eddie Williams. Daughter Diana Williams. 6 grandchildren; Jachonn Tisinger, Deonza, Deandre and Deontae Sims, Trinity and Kennedy Davis. Two Brothers, Warren and Donnell Williams, sisters Paula Shoulars (John), Linda Williams. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Services and visitation will be on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Greater St. James Church, 3101 E. Raymond. Visitation from 10-12 with services to follow at 12pm.
