Raymond "Tooter" Barnard
August 2, 1950 - January 14, 2022

Mr. Raymond "Tooter" Barnard, age 71, of Jackson, TN and formerly
of South Fulton, TN passed away Friday, January 14, 2022 at the
Jackson Madison County Hospital in Jackson, TN.

He was born on August 2, 1950 in Russellville, KY to the
late Carrol W. Barnard and Ella Johns Barnard.

Raymond was a United States Navy veteran where he served
during the Vietnam War and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by a son Christopher (Courtney) Barnard of
Medina, TN, two step-daughters: Jodi Owens of Louisville, KY
and Tonia Baker of Paducah, KY, seven grandchildren
ages 3 to 30, one great-grandchild, three sisters: Sandy Anderson
of Winchester, VA, Dee McClay of South Fulton, TN and Paula
Sue Barnard of Loiusa, VA.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife
Lynn Lennert Barnard and one brother.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
