He served his country with the US Navy during the Korean War. Ulysses was employed by Hughson Meat Market and worked his way up from being a meat-cutter to co-owner. Him and his wife enjoyed traveling to various places until she passed away.
He leaves behind his 2 daughters, Gina and Leah, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
