Rodney Kent Miller, Jr., 53, of Albuquerque, NM was born December 15, 1967, and passed away Monday, November 1, 2021 surrounded by his children and sister while listening to his favorite Classic Country and 50's Rock music.
Rod was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ as the youngest child of 4 and only son of Barbara and Rodney Kent Miller, Sr. He joined the USMC right out of high school. He dedicated his life to his family and his country. He was a very involved and loving papa to all 6 of his grandkids.
He was preceded by his father, Rodney Kent Miller, Sr. He is survived by his son, Rodney III (Leonardo) Miller; daughters, Natalie (Anthony) Stout, Christin (Irvin) Alvidrez; 6 grandchildren, Lillian, Noah, Rory, Anthony, Jr., Reilly, and Logan; his mother, Barbara Miller; his 3 sisters, Denise (Bruce) Steiger, Kay Isaac, Traci Talbot; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
His memorial will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, 10:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Westside. He has chosen to be buried at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ where he can join his family and friends.
