Carolyn LaDeen Johnson, 63, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, in a Fayetteville, Georgia hospital.
She was a 1985 graduate of Brainerd High School. Carolyn was employed by McManamy, McLeod, Heller, LLC and was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors include her father, Alfred B. Johnson, Sr.; mother, Catherine M. Johnson, both of Chattanooga; brother, Alfred B. Johnson, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; fiance', Timothy E. Knowles, Sr. of Fairburn, GA; uncles, Roosevelt Montgomery of Chattanooga, Tommie Lee Montgomery of Louisville, KY, Morris Hassell of Capital Heights, MD, and Reverend Anthony Johnson; aunts, Fannie Palmer, Helen Hassell of Capital Heights, MD, Sarah Henderson of Chattanooga, Sonya Longstreet of Detroit, MI, Sherrie Johnson of Orlando, FL, Cemora Johnson of Detroit, MI, and Patricia Collins of New Mexico; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Carolyn will lie in state on Friday, March 25, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will follow at noon in the chapel with Pastor Randy Jacks as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Beautiful Greenwood Cemetery.
